Hotel was comfy and excellent, liked our stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with convenient and peaceful location close to everything and well-stocked rooms. The breakfast was satisfactory, the personnel was incredibly attentive. Everything was simply fine.

Clean, brand-new hotel, I loved well stocked and neat rooms and supper friendly staff. Units with 2 queen beds. The breakfast offered lots of food and was complimentary. The location was favourable for me, in the middle of jackson.

Most of the staff were amazingly attentive. The room seemed to be good-sized and well-stocked with excellent services. The big bathroom was a plus: )

Despite a small hiccup with housekeeping, our stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly loved the king size bed which provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered was surprisingly good, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being just off the main road and easily accessible.

The noise level in the hotel was a major downside. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax.

Location off highway was a long back road and you could see it from the highway.

The hotel could not give us a receipt of our bill. We were told that it was because we booked with you and they did not have access to the charges. Since this will go on an expense account, it will delay processing and billing of our customer (not something that is appreciated).

The purpose of our stay was leisure, and we stayed at Hampton Inn for 3 nights. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was peaceful and quiet. Amanda at the front desk provided exceptional service, offering a warm welcome and assisting us with our WiFi connection. The room was spotlessly clean and well-sealed. The pool was well-maintained, and we had a great time. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and my wife loved the coffee. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water was consistent. it was a wonderful experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It has neat rooms with 1 king bed and the bathroom, for instance to feel comfortable. The location is favourable and absolutely perfect, the check in is early.

The room was neat with a seating area, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

The hotel seems to be understaffed, resulting in cleanliness issues and a lack of thorough room service.

The staff was very very helpful and competent, everything was pleasant. The rooms were brand-new and neat with 2 queen beds, the bathroom and all the amenities, just what was needed.

They have Disability Access rooms with microwave and the bathroom, as for instance and care about everyone. The rate is US$ 98, satisfied.

the room was cozy and comfortable, with a grab bar in the shower. Loved the breakfast selection and the updates to the dining area. The staff were friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the digital key and being able to choose my room.

Thin walls were a downside.

Booked the hotel for its good and perfect location right by surrounding area and places and Lewes and restaurants. It also was close to everything.
